
Watch Alie & Georgia on Cooking Channel this Weekend!
Hello bloggy friends! This Sunday, March 20th, myself and my red-headed partner in cocktail crime will grace your t.v. screens on the Mo Rocca-hosted Cooking Channel show, Food(ography). Please tune in at 9 PM EST to catch us whip up a couple cocktails and hopefully not embarrass ourselves too much by having our foul mouths constantly bleeped for bad language.
The focus of this episode is high-tech food, "exploring how websites, blogs and social media are changing the flavors of the culinary landscape." We created a couple cocktails in that theme, including the Dot Calm, which you can find the recipe for below.

Dot Calm
Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 oz. whiskey
1/2 oz fernet
1 tsp agave nectar
6 oz hot chamomile tea
Directions:
In your favorite mug, add whiskey, fernet, and agave nectar and top with chamomile tea. Stir and enjoy!
